Dr. Viktoriia Grushkovska, researcher at the Institute of Mathematics, Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt was inveited to participate in the online academic exchange activities held by our college. The lecture was given via virtual meeting platform and chaired by Yu Shuyou.

On November 11, Dr. Viktoriia made an academic report with the topic of “Analysis and design of extremum seeking control algorithms for nonlinear dynamic systems”, in which she explained the content, definition and research development of Extremum Seeking Problem. In her lecture, Dr. Viktoriia described the method of Lie brackets approximation and the control design as well as the stability condition needed in that. During the online meeting, Dr. Viktoriia had an in-depth exchanges and discussions with participating students and teachers, and carefully answered questions raised by participants.

After the meeting, all participating students and teachers said that they gained a lot in this report and expressed their hope to have a face-to-face discussion with Dr. Viktoriia for academic exchanges.
