To commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), to promote the Two Studies, One Action education, to guide new and old Party members to inherit and carry forward the Party's best traditions, to strengthen their beliefs and to raise their awareness in Party spirit, the College of Communication Engineering held a Commemorative Meeting for the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC and the Honoring Ceremony for Striving and Outstanding Party Members on July 1. All faculty Party members and some student Party members attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Tang Lishan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.

The ceremony began with the majestic melody of The Internationale. Associate Dean Liu Fu read out the Recognition On Outstanding Party Branches, Excellent Communist Party Members and Excellent Party Workers of the College of Communication Engineering. After that, members of the College’s Party Committee issued certificates of honor to awarded representatives and Party members.

Finally, Cheng Yue, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, stressed that he hoped the outstanding Party branches, Party members and Party workers would cherish the honor, stay humble and hardworking, and make greater contributions to development of the College. He called on all Party branches and all Party members to further free their minds, to explore boldly, be united and enterprising, and be willing to dedicate themselves to the continuous development of the College.
